First Class Autosports in Miami has been honored to work on The Ferrari 348TB. It may be the younger brother of the 328TB however it is a completely new car.
LITTLE BIT OF BACKGROUND ABOUT THIS SPECIAL VEHICLE:
The 348TB was the new definition of a two-seater mid-engined V8 Berlinetta. Taking styling cues from the Testarossa with the side pods, the 348TB is a beautiful work of Ferrari Art.
As beautiful as it may be, the 348TB is the center of much controversy between Ferrari purists. Luca di Montezemolo said that the 348 was "the worst product Ferrari had developed in some time."
That wasn't always the case though, when it was first released the public was infatuated with the car. It competed directly with the NSX, 911, and Lotus Espirit, a legendary group of cars.
When the owner of this 3,000 mile 1994 Ferrari 348TB approached us to work on the car, he was searching for a solution to restore and protect his paint. We recommended a Ceramic Pro Silver Package and he agreed! We cleaned and decontaminated the one stage paint and prepared it to receive the paint correction.
Paint correcting a one stage paint takes skills and precision which our team at First Class Autosports is well equipped with. After the paint correction process we applied the Ceramic Pro silver package with 2 layers of Ceramic Coating as well as an additional 9h layer to deepen the red finish. The result is a perfect red with a wet finish.
The owner was ecstatic with the result and is looking forward to installing custom three piece wheels and lowering the car slightly.
